I have been home sick the last few days, which isn't as fun as it used to be when I was a kid. I've also been handling a lot of landlord/tenant related B.S. today while trying to recuperate so it seemed apropos to mention the following - This weekend is the first round of auditions for my short film, BULLSHIT. Yep, that's the name. There is another film out there identically titled, but I don't think it will be an issue considering it's a documentary about an Indian environmental activist and nuclear physicist. I doubt people will confuse the two. My co-producer and I will be meeting 40 girls and boys each day and narrowing that down to a smaller number that I will reconvene with the next weekend.

BULLSHIT is a dark comedy about a young man who is propositioned in an elevator, with disastrous results.

You can look at some initial storyboards here. I will be updating this set and creating others related to the production of this short over the next few months. There will also be a lovely BULLSHIT related section of this site devoted to all things BULLSHIT, including a production diary. Exciting, yes? Shooting date is tentatively July 18-21st. More updates to come...
